Sandra Vazquez is one of the founding partners of Fabrical in 2005. She runs today the family office division assisted by Fabrical team members. Since 2005 up to now, Sandra works for Fabrical GmbH in her function as a Managing Partner.
In 2015, Sandra achieved the “Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising STEP”. In 2009, she absolved the “Master of Finance ZfU” with a thesis on “The Position of the Swiss Trustee after ratification of the Hague Convention on Trusts”. In 2005, Sandra absolved the 5 modules STEP education with the diploma “Dip (ITM) TEP STEP”. She graduated in 2000 as lic. iur. (bilingual) at University of Fribourg, and was also an exchange student at Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona, Spain.
Sandra is a highly skilled consultant for globally operating families. This includes individuals, who do cross-border transactions, whose family members reside in more than one country and who usually have a complex wealth situation. She brings long-term experience into Fabrical’s business, since she was working for a Swiss fiduciary before becoming head of Legal and Trust Department in an international law firm.
Today, Sandra’s main focus is advising a multi-generational business family, with a strong focus on structuring, negotiating, coordinating and managing family business and private affairs. Succession Planning as well as implementing governance and the corresponding family policies are further important parts of her activities.
As a representative of various internationally operated and family owned SME, Sandra stands up for the promotion of family owned and operated companies, particularly in Switzerland.

Sandra has excellent skills in German, Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese. She is married and mother of a son. She travels a lot and is a passionate gardener.

Andreas Schlumpf has specialised skills in the area of the consultancy of SME as well as family owned companies. This includes specific services in different stages of economic lifecycles: Start up, growth, consolidation, M&A/clue diligence, compliance, turn-around as well as succession planning.
He has a long-term experience in successful management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME}, as board member or in the lead of complex projects. Being a lawyer and economist, Andreas also has the skills to develop and implement tailor-made solutions for FABRICAL’s clients.
Andreas graduated 2006 at University of St. Gallen with the degree of an Executive MBA HSG in general management. 1999, he finished his law studies at the University of Fribourg with the degree lic. iur.
Before his time at Fabrical, Andreas worked 6 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Bern and Zurich, as senior consultant in the corporate tax as well as transfer pricing department. From 1991 until 1999, Andreas worked as Admission officer at the legal department of the Swiss Stock Exchange in Zurich.
As a representative of family owned SME, Andreas stands up for the promotion of family owned and operated companies, particularly in Switzerland. Another strong focus of Andreas is the promotion of Switzerland as an outstanding home base for global operating business people. Lee Molina’s focus is providing support and advise within the multi-generational family business, handling mainly administrative and compliance affairs and liaising with business partners such as lawyers, bankers, fiduciaries, corporate service providers, insurance specialists etc. In this role, she works closely with the partners and handles daily personal and corporate business for the corresponding family members.

As a certified Specialist Finance and Accounting, she also performs additional administrative tasks such as tax returns, VAT declarations, Reporting and Monitoring of local as well as international mandates. Natalie’s mother tongues are Spanish and German, beside that she speaks excellent English. Her hobbies are sport, cooking and traveling.
